When you are crafting your submission, please keep in mind photography is a very important factor in determining acceptance of freelance work. Please make sure to look over the photography section of the editorial guidelines very carefully to make sure your images meet the specifications. Also, please make sure if you plan to write a travel piece, you are focusing on photography throughout your trip. Articles with unacceptable photography are frequently turned away!
American Rider is a publication focused 100% on American-made motorcycles. Only articles with a focus on American-made motorcycles (Harley-Davidson, Victory, Big Dog, Indian, etc.) can be accepted for consideration; all-brand (Kawasaki, Suzuki, BMW, etc.) motorcycle articles should be directed to Rider magazine.
