Victory obviously fell behind in its memo reading. Specifically, the one that outlined how this is a bad year, economically, to be rocking any boats, and that the best strategy is to just hunker down, introduce some “bold new graphics” on their 2010 models and wait until next year to introduce anything really new. Seemingly blind to this conventional wisdom, Victory has plunged forward and introduced several very significant new models for 2010.
