Same here. Looking at a 2010 Ultra. Been debating on that or another cruiser, but seems I don't just ride anymore, I travel. Tour packs on the back of the cruiser just isn't the same as a full bagger. The Ultra ride was very smooth and much better than my last electra glide. Gonna give my 1700 another month or so on the market, if no takers then I'm just gonna suck it up and get the Ultra outright. Much prefer to ease the pocketbook a little, but I'm not giving the Road Star away on trade-in.

Personally i dont ride bikes to sell them. I ride them til their dead so sell value never enters the equation for me. I just ride what i like.
