Any ideas out there how to keep my rims and spokes (Mostly) squeaky clean. Rims don't seem to be much of a problem but getting the spokes clean from top to bottom I find impossible. What do you guys use to wash with and any idea what kind of brushes I need to get up in there and make them shine?

I wash my wheels every Spring using Dawn dish soap and plain water.
I jack the bike up, just enough to get the wheels off the pavement. Then I use a small cotton bottle washer, like for a baby bottle, and same size brush for the spoke in the upper hub area. Walmart sells both. For the spokes close to the tire, I use a combo of bottle washer and brush to get as much grime off as I can. Be careful not to get any soap or water into the hub area. Spin the wheel as you rinse. After all is dry,have a clean, dry piece of terry cloth handy. Spray some polish at the hub area as the wheel is slowly spinning. Let the polish dry, just a couple of minutes. Then use the terry cloth to wipe and buff the complete wheel. Finally, spin the wheel at a medium rate till all is dry. It's a tedious job but worth it. Clean wheels makesthe bike look better

Got this tip from an old Motor Officer:
Milk Bottle brush. Long enough to reach up to the hub, and durable. Lots of soapy water, no high pressure spray.
For you youngsters, milk used to come in bottles, set in an insulated box every couple of days, and you cleaned and put the empties back in.
Or, if you were really lucky, you got your milk fresh.

Aw, shucks man, some of us still get our milk from a breast! LOL!
I'm sitten here and there's 3" of white stuff outside.... guess I'll just have to get myself more milk! LOL
