I have a 07 Ultra with the front Display Stand (which I love) and I want to add the HD oil cooler to help with the heat. Harley says the two do not go together, but I heard of it being done.
Does anyone know how?

If you are in the NW, I can refer you to a couple of independent shops that could make it work for a few bucks and a dozen donuts. I understand that the HD oil cooler is the best out there for these bikes, so, good luck...

...I have an oil cooler on my '03 Heritage.....went riding with a friend on his new '08 Road King....we would stop and check oil temps every once in a while for a comparison test.
...my bike consistently ran at around 190-200 ( the cooler opens up at 185) depending on whether we had been riding hard.....but never over 200...
His Road King consistently ran 215-230.......
so it certainly makes a difference .

You could always ditch the show stand and get the center stand from http://www.eglidegoodies.com/id60.html
Does the show stand decrease your ground clearance a bit?

Can not say with the front display stand, but have had the HD oil cooler on my 07 Heritage for a year now. The best thing I have done for the bike. Harley should have this as factory equipment on all 96" bikes.

I have the answer...
(2) 2 1/2 bolts for the voltage regulator, (2) 1 1/8 inch spacers and everything bolted together. I did have to shave off a little on the bottom plate that bolts on to of the oil cooler. The down tubs made it not fit into place. It works fine!!!
