I guess I missed that road when I lived there in 1978. When I lived in Edmonds, I rode around exploring the countryside trying to get myself lost. Was pretty successful at it too. Lots of fun roads in western Washington.

Traditionally, I ride somewhere on New Years Day, now I get to share with my grand daughter.

One of the things I did on my ride on the 31st, was swing by and check out this truck I had been watching on craigslist. Brought it home a few days later. I am going to keep a thread running over on Dodgetalk, as I work on it.

Looks like a trailer brake below and possibly a vacuum gauge strapped above the column? Sweet lookin' truck for sure.

Keep ur eye on it tho, simple to hotwire

It is an old style trailer brake, with a hard line into the hydraulics. That is going to be gone soon. Actually has a tach screwclamped to the steering column, I will be looking for a garter to put around it.

Yeah, I am trying to figure where to put a switch for a second relay. I don't want to lock the doors, don't want busted glass.

Had a '67 similar to yours.
Battery Fuse.
When in doubt, pull it out!

Snow on ground. Yuck. So, Amy, the editor for Friction Zone is daydreaming about where she is gonna ride this summer. Where you going? Iron Butt, one of the big rally's, or just camping in the hills? I haven't given much thot to trips yet.

3-25-12. Last day off of vacation. Last nice day before another week of rain. Friend visiting from Kentucky, that bought my Road King. Time to ride, after church and a late breakfast at the Sunbreak, and watching Kentucky whup Baylor. Just cruising around South King County, put on 55 miles on the Ultra and the Softail. Nice.

We had our first meeting last week, planning our 10th Dry Side ride together. Our 3 O.G. Riders are still together, and we always add a few more.
