Enterprise, AL, Mobile, New Orleans, Natchez, MS, Memphis, Nashville back to Athens, AL. The Natchez trace is great. At the end of the trace just outside Nashville there is a place called Loveless Cafe. Great food. HH
riding, eating, riding some more. Great trip. Did ya map it? got a link?
We just got back from an 8 day family trip. The right front floor of the truck is piled up with new maps, state travel glossies, and local and regional tourism brochures.
This stuff is like glazed old fashioned donuts for me, just don't know when to stop!

It's been quite pleasant riding here lately, with temps in the low 70's and a rain shower every afternoon for about 30 minutes. Air is so clean and cool that it feels like watching a travel video in HD unfold in front of you as you ride.
Maybe it's my new prescription shades, but it feels unreal.......

It does help to be able to see where you are going.
I have been thru your neck of the woods a few times, and it really is spectacular, especially after the wind and rain clear the air.

I've noticed that too. It could just be my new shades letting me see better tho.
The air up in the mountains is always clear Ride_slow, not like down there in Denver. But it's also at least 20 degrees cooler here than there.

It's been hotter than **** in Denver. Cooled off the last day or so. Getting ready to ride to work, feels real nice.
